SENIOR SAP S/4 HANA FUNCTIONAL ANALYST (WMS and LOGISTICS)

We are currently seeking a full-time Sr. SAP S/4 HANA FUNCTIONAL Analyst to focus on finetuning our WMS and Logistics business and systems processes.

Essential Responsibilities are:

• Assess business processes and identify inefficiencies and risks to propose cost-effective solutions for process and system design.

• Plant setup, modification and WMS design change implementation with the business.

• Create functional specifications and work independently to develop and deliver the technical objects.

• Review and contribute to design documents, configuration documents and functional specifications.

• Conduct unit and Integration testing and regression testing.

• Develop production processes and all associated business systems functions with minimal AMS support.

• Work with business teams as a functional transaction expert to optimize and streamline business processes and technical solutions.

• Identify gaps in business processes and help prioritize improvements using Business Capability Matrix (BCM).

• Manage and facilitate business user meetings to gather process information for sound system solutions.

• Help business teams with reporting requirements and report creation.

• Conduct QA validations and drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) tests.

• Support, assist and train the users on new modified system configurations highlighting the impact on business processes.

• Maintain IT Business system integrity and application notes, system upgrades, changes, and user updates.

• Work closely with onsite team, AMS team, business process owners to ensure the release of high-quality solutions.

• Examine impact of changes to the corporate application landscape.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 10+ Years of SAP WMS Functional implementation and support experience.

• Must have at least 3-4 Full life cycle implementations experience of SAP WMS.

• 4+ years’ experience maintaining and optimizing SAP WMS and Logistics related functions.

• 4+ years Business process design and leadership in Warehousing and Logistics.

• Experience in WMS. Handling inbound and outbound processes. Knowledge of Warehouse, VAS, Picking, Packing. Also, Cross docking, Physical inventory, Shipment, and return process.

• Experienced in designing labels, Barcode Scanners, RF implementation with Honeywell scanners.

• In-depth understanding of SAP Supply Chain, Logistics Execution and MM required.

• Experience in other SAP functions like PP, and SD desirable but not required.

• Lead business end users, gathering requirements, and building detailed functional design specifications.

• Lead the analysis and implementation of end-to-end complex business processes.

• Strong collaboration skills to work independently with business teams.

• Excellent troubleshooting skills.

• Able to work autonomously and consider cross-functional and downstream impacts.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Required Minimum Education

• Bachelor’s degree or desired relevant experience.

The salary range for this position is $140,000 - $170,000 depending on location and experience
