What to expect

Zero Motorcycles EMEA is looking for a Senior Country Manager France. 

France is one of Zero Motorcycles’ most strategic markets in EMEA. To accelerate growth, we are hiring a senior commercial leader to own the full French sales strategy, lead the two Country Managers, and drive national Fleet & Government Sales. 
This is a highly autonomous role for an entrepreneurial sales leader eager to shape Zero’s next phase in France.

 

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Leadership 

  • Represent Zero Motorcycles in all commercial activities in France. 

  • Lead national sales strategy, execution, planning, forecasting, and dealer performance. 

  • Coach and manage the two Country Managers, ensuring consistent execution.   

Fleet & Government Sales 

  • Own and grow Fleet Sales (corporate & governmental). 

  • Build long-term relationships with fleet buyers, public institutions, leasing partners, and mobility providers. 

  • Coordinate all fleet tenders, documentation, follow-up, and dealer/partner alignment.   

Dealer & Partner Management 

  • Strengthen and expand France’s premium dealer network. 

  • Support dealers in achieving sell-in/sell-out targets and ensure clarity around processes and campaigns. 

  • Lead product trainings and contribute to network development improvements.  

Forecasting & Performance 

  • Deliver accurate weekly and monthly wholesale/retail forecasts. 

  • Identify and activate commercial initiatives to boost sales and improve inventory turnover. 

  • Collaborate with Field Service Engineers to ensure dealer satisfaction.   

Marketing & Brand Activation 

  • Execute national marketing initiatives aligned with EMEA strategy. 

  • Coordinate with HQ marketing, local PR agencies, and event partners. 

  • Ensure premium brand presence across the network; contribute to content and local storytelling. 

Job requirements

  • Native/fluent French and strong professional English. 

  • Proven senior commercial leadership in automotive, mobility, EV, motorcycles or premium retail.  

  • Strong expertise in Fleet / B2B / Government Sales.  

  • Experience leading, coaching and developing high performing teams. performing teams.  

  • Excellent stakeholder management across dealers, partners, government and HQ. 

  • Highly proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with strong execution ability.  

  • Highly organized and reliable under pressure; comfortable with full ownership.  

  • Willingness to travel extensively across France (75%+) and work weekends during peak season.  

  • Passion for motorcycles and electric mobility; motorcycle & car licenses required.
