Job description
What to Expect
Zero Motorcycles is the next step in motorcycle evolution. By combining the best aspects of a traditional motorcycle with today's most advanced technology, Zero produces high-performance electric motorcycles that are lightweight, efficient, fast off the line, and fun to ride.
Once a burning idea conceived in a Santa Cruz, California, garage, Zero Motorcycles is rapidly growing across the Americas and EMEA, with a presence in more than 10 countries. With an average growth rate of 30% per year, this is an exceptional company to grow with. Our people are driven by innovation, charged by passion, guided by integrity, and measured by results.
Summary of Position
As Sales Coordinator, you help grow our wholesale business, supporting commercial activity, keeping sales administration accurate, and working closely with teams across Zero Motorcycles. Alongside your own commercial and operational work, you keep Sales Operations joined up: sharing information, following up on agreed actions, aligning priorities, and stepping in to cover colleagues when needed. You are commercially driven, highly organised and multilingual (fluent in English, with both German and Dutch at a professional level), comfortable managing your own sales and administrative workload while supporting colleagues through clear communication, dependable follow-up and a strong sense of ownership.
Why Join Us?
This role offers a unique opportunity to combine hands-on commercial and operational responsibilities with a coordinating role within the motorcycle Sales Operations team. You will collaborate with colleagues across multiple countries, contribute directly to sales growth, support the development of junior team members, and help deliver exceptional service to our dealer and distributor network.
Key Responsibilities
Administration & Coordination
• Support colleagues with day-to-day commercial, procedural, and system questions, help keep team priorities and agreed actions on track, and flag risks or process gaps to the team and manager.
• Coordinate sales order fulfilment from release through delivery, processing sales orders, credit notes, and debit notes accurately in company systems.
• Coordinate vehicle documentation and registration through systems such as RDW and VWE within agreed timelines, keeping CRM and operational systems up to date throughout.
Commercial Tasks
§ Maintain clear visibility of the sales pipeline with Country Managers, keeping opportunities accurately tracked in the CRM.
§ Conduct proactive sales outreach and build strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and business partners, promoting wholesale campaigns, available inventory, and ex-company-owned vehicles.
Sales Growth, Projects & Data Support
• Support Sales and Marketing on market-specific campaigns, dealer engagement, product launches, and other growth initiatives, including extra commercial cover during peak periods.
• Maintain reports and dashboards on pipeline development, conversion, and sales activity, sharing the insights at the weekly meeting and using them to contribute commercial input to sales planning.
Skills & Competencies
Operational & Administrative Competencies
• Strong administrative and organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high standards.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word); experience with SAP or a similar ERP system and Salesforce or a similar CRM platform is preferred.
Job requirements
Skills and Attributes
• Strong sales and business development mindset with demonstrated experience in prospecting, cold calling, lead qualification, and closing deals.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills; ability to communicate effectively across cultures and territories.
• Professional proficiency in English as well as proficiency in one or more additional European languages is required.
Personal Attributes
• Highly proactive and results-oriented with a no-nonsense mentality.
• Creative thinker who contributes ideas for business growth and process improvement.
• Strong problem-solving abilities; comfortable working independently and collaborating within an international team.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing business priorities and seasonal demands.
• Professional, resilient, and capable of performing effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• A wide degree of creativity, stress tolerance, and a strong sense of ownership and accountability
Other Requirements
• Passion for motorcycles, mobility, or electric vehicles is considered a plus.
• The current job description provides a general overview of the responsibilities and may be adjusted as business needs evolve.
