Job summary
The Inventory & Demand specialist EMEA APAC for Parts and Accessories is responsible for managing, tracking, and optimizing the inventory levels of parts and accessories in the company. This role ensures that the right products are available at the right time while minimizing inventory costs and maximizing operational efficiency. The Inventory & Demand specialist EMEA APAC will oversee stock levels, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with various departments to meet production and sales goals. You work together with different departments and with our American colleagues in California and the Philippines to make sure our internal products and external providers’ parts, get to the “premium class motorbikes” our customers are ordering from Europe, Middle East, Africa, and the Asia Pacific region.
You have good eye for detail and always have a plan B ready. You are assisting in Demand Planning; developing effective forecasts in SAP.
In this role you will work constantly with the different departments and support the Parts & Accessories Representatives on their requests.

Job requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management:
Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels of parts and accessories.
Perform regular stock counts, cycle counts, and audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
Track inventory levels, orders, sales, and deliveries using inventory management software.
Investigate and resolve any discrepancies between physical stock and system records.
Provide support in the area of supplier performance and delivery reliability.
· Material Planning:
Scheduling production orders (kits) at our external 3PL or our local warehouse.
Following up on open incoming goods, think of missing tracking numbers and/or container shipments.
Data Entry & Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions, including receipts, issues, transfers, and returns.
Generate and distribute inventory-related reports (e.g., stock levels, usage trends, slow-moving inventory).
Provide analysis on inventory turnover, forecasted needs, and excess stock.
Local & remote (3PL) - Warehouse Coordination:
Work closely with warehouse staff to ensure efficient storage and handling of parts and accessories.
Ensure that incoming and outgoing shipments are properly recorded and tracked.
Required Education/Experience:
You have at least an MBO+ degree in related area and- or you can demonstrate at least 3 years of working experience in similar positions. (International) experience in (bilingual) Automotive, OEM or equivalent companies is a plus.
Skills and Qualifications:
You are fluent in English (Dutch is a plus and other European language(s) are very valuable.
Enjoy working with people and have good analytical skills, and an objective mindset.
At least 2-3 years of procurement or sourcing experience as well as relevant product/market knowledge is mandatory. Experience in the Automotive Industry is a plus.
Both strong team-player as independent worker.
You are hands-on, decisive and proactive. You think along with the customer, come up with solutions and achieve positive results for all stakeholders;
You have good Microsoft Office skills (excel at advanced level is an advantage).
Experience with SAP is a plus.
Able to work in the Warehouse occasionally.
