Job description
The Parts & Accessories team at Zero Motorcycles EMEA in Noord-Scharwoude (NL) is looking for a pro-active and organized professional with international experience and with a English, German and Dutch languages proficiency level. The ideal person to fit in this role, is someone that is eager to support our network and stakeholders increase their sales volume working in a very efficient way in the assigned territory.
The P&A Representative DACH & Product Development projects is a newly created “hybrid” role where you will be responsible of two different scopes of tasks and responsibilities:
P&A representative: processing the order management in the DACH region, which consists in operational and supportive tasks in direct contact with the dealer network of the assigned territory, facilitating timely and organized deliveries to the EMEA and APAC region. In this role you will be responsible for the DACH region. You work together with different departments and with your direct manager and team members, making sure our internal products and external providers’ parts, get to the “premium class motorbikes” our customers are ordering
Project based the roll out of P&A accessory base: Preparing supplier profiles, doing market analyses and making profound business cases for further role out of the accessory base in cooperation with the Manager P&A EMEA APAC and our colleagues in the US.
What to expect in a normal workday: following-up on the directives of the Manager of P&A, you collaborate with your team members and closely interact with sales, logistics, finance and factory service center teams to make sure orders from the network are processed in a timely manner to meet industrial standards.
On a weekly basis, you deliver the necessary input to facilitate the creation of plans, reports and suggestions that will be presented to the executive team via the Manager of P&A. In your role you are also hands-on and make sure to respond to emails and calls from our partners.
You have good eye for detail and always have a plan B ready. You are able to propose changes in terms of efficiency, cost savings and process improvement and participate in projects that contribute to elevating our brand. You can identify and act, in a timely manner, on capacity planning challenges, quality of service and build long term relationships with our partners. You are also first-tier contact for Fleet partners and key-accounts, including our distributors. You coordinate with the team that the forecast loaded in IBP meets the demand to achieve good product availability.
The P&A Representative DACH/product development accessories is a fulltime position (or a minimum 4 days a week), and you will be based in Noord-Scharwoude, The Netherlands. You will report directly to the Manager of Parts & Accessories EMEA APAC.
Job requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate the operational activities from the dealers/distributors in your region.
Process and monitor Parts & Accessory orders in our ERP system (SAP OTC) and keep a close watch on the results in your region – reporting status to the direct manager.
Follow-up and coordinate with country managers and key-accounts (including Fleet partners and distributors) on various activities and status of their orders.
Proactively communicate Parts & Accessory inquiries to ensure that Customer and Dealer satisfaction is maintained.
Keep track of returned parts and warranty replacement parts. Make sure that the returned materials are authorized and managed.
Participate in on-going product / procedure training.
Process and monitor need of Dealer- and Distributor network.
Coordinate status updates internally to the respective team/department.
Answer incoming Parts related calls and inquiries in a pleasant, professional, courteous and timely way to maintain customer satisfaction.
Make suggestions for the further roll out of the accessory base in cooperation with the country managers and P&A team members.
Provide market analyses and prepare business cases including forecast.
Quality assurance together with the technical team, and homologation team.
Keep a close watch on the roll out of the accessories and the deadline for implementation.
Required Education/Experience:
You have at least an MBO+ technical degree in related area and- or you can demonstrate at least 6 years of working experience in similar positions. (International) experience in (bilingual) Automotive, OEM or equivalent companies is a plus.
Skills and Attributes:
You are fluent in English, German and Dutch.
You see things from an helicopter view but can tackle the needs with accuracy and attention for detail.
Have commercial mindset; You are able to think and understand both the customer as well as sales perspective, negotiate preferred terms with suppliers, and weigh customer requirements against sourcing capacities and capabilities.
Proficient administrative skills and multitasker.
Strong communication skills.
Enjoy working with people and have good analytical skills and an objective mindset.
High level of stress tolerance.
Both strong team-player as independent worker.
You are hands-on, decisive and proactive. You think along with the customer, come up with solutions and achieve positive results for all stakeholders;

You have good Microsoft Office skills (excel at advanced level is an advantage).
Experience with SAP OTC or other similar ERP systems is mandatory.
