The Parts & Accessories Manager is first tier contact for any Parts & Accessories related matters in EMEA APAC. With your team you are responsible that the service level of parts availability meets or exceeds industrial standards. You have a strong sense of what parts and accessories need to be introduced to meet trends in the industry. With us introducing 6 new models below 10K in 2 Years in the Low Power segment, you need to take the lead in developing associated P&A portfolio and manage all related projects with your team. You are business oriented, self-driven, creative and can set up a strategy for success: taking under your budget, revenues and margins under your responsibility.
Your key responsibility is further growing your department and exploring future project opportunities to elevate the business to the next level; In this role you work close with our US colleagues based in California on strategic goals, reporting and analysis of sales and performance and forecasting. That being said, you will be part of a global team with recurrent meetings with US – California and other time zones. At the same time, you are managing your team based in Noord-Scharwoude to enable them providing world-class service and support to our Dealer- and Distributor network and the rest of EMEA APAC colleagues.
In your role you have a broad spectrum of key responsibilities - from parts and accessories introductions, to product availability and managing the operational activities related to parts order processing. We are looking for a proactive and strongly service oriented professional with several Years of experience in the Motorcycle or Automotive industries. A combination of a strong team-player who also have strong skills in working independently and that can set up strategies to promote the growth of the department results and accountability. The Manager of Parts & Accessories EMEA APAC is a fulltime position, and you will be based in Noord-Scharwoude (not remote), The Netherlands. You will report directly to the Director of After Sales – functional groups P&A, Logistics, Customer Service, Quality, Field Service and Factory Service Center.
What to expect in a normal workday: combination of planning, inventory and financial management, team management, project management, building-up relationships with providers, coordination with sales and logistics, administrative tasks, meetings with our colleagues in the US and EMEA APAC management.

Key Responsibilities:
Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with key suppliers, negotiating favourable terms and conditions for the long term. Collaborate with suppliers to ensure reliable supply, quality of products, and competitive pricing. Monitor supplier performance and initiate improvement actions when necessary.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various teams, including pricing, operations, marketing, logistics, sales and finance, to align category strategies and ensure effective execution of plans.
Promotions and Marketing: Work closely with marketing teams to develop effective promotional campaigns, advertising initiatives, product portal and product launches.
Product management: Assortment Planning and Optimization: Analyse customer demand patterns, sales data, and market trends (OEM’s) to determine the optimal product assortment within the category. Continuously evaluate and update the assortment to maximize sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Yearly report on Pricebook.
Customer Experience: Own Item data quality for the category assigned, drive improvements in product cards for customers, by ensuring A+ content by working with manufacturers.
Manage new projects individually or together with US.
POR vs Act vs FC – Monitoring, reporting and Tracking financial plan.
Required Education/Experience:
Graduate or equivalent experience in business administration.
An understanding of and passion for Motorcycle or Automotive industries; 5+ years work in a similar role with proven aftersales commercial skillset
Electrical vehicles and motorcycles passionate is preferred.
Experience in Business, category management, buying or selling.
Strong numerical and analytical aptitude.
Advanced user of Excel and SAP.
Skills and Attributes:
· The candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel (reporting with macros and provide analytics for the business).
· Knowledge of relevant applications ERP, SAP and Salesforce is preferred.
· Commercial mindset to grow the business.
· Organized, superior attention to detail and accuracy.
· Proficient administrative skills and multitasker.
· Strong communication skills. Verbal and written English and other European languages. Verbal and written Dutch is preferred.
