Junior Logistics Coordinator EMEA APAC

The Junior Logistics Coordinator Sales & Marketing EMEA APAC is responsible for logistic operational excellence for all tasks related to the Sales & Marketing operation (whole sales & retail) throughout EMEA & APAC territories. You will coordinate the execution the activities such as inbound, outbound, event inventory, shipping documentation. You will work in coordination with the Sales Operations team and the Director of Marketing maintaining stock levels and inventory accuracy to facilitate the task of the rest of the departments, specially in seasonal peaks. On a daily basis you will analyse and report on any issues or process improvement opportunities to your line manager. The Junior Logistics Coordinator Sales & Marketing EMEA APAC works closely with Aftersales, P&A, Marketing and Sales Operations departments to deliver Motorcycles in a timely manner. This is a fulltime position, and you will be based in Noord-Scharwoude, The Netherlands. You will report directly to our Team Lead of Logistics EMEA APAC (dotted line to Senior Manager of Logistics EMEA APAC)

Main areas of responsibility:

· Support and manage in all the activities related to the inbound and outbound flow for Sales & Marketing department.

· Follows-up and coordinates with freight forwarders and third-party logistics to ensure that Motorcycles, Parts & Accessories are shipped from any location to the end customer or event without delays or issues.

· Coordinate and monitor goods-movements and maintaining inventory stock levels with different departments to meet industrial standards.

· Initiate, implement, documents and improve logistics processes.

· Prepare and validate shipping documents.

· Administrative tasks in active systems to ensure inventory accuracy.

· Perform and coordinate inbound and outbound COV, RMA and repair motorcycles.

· Support on the Physical Inventory stock count activities at Noord-Scharwoude facility and perform cycle counting.

· Keep track of returned parts and warranty replacement parts. Coordinate with after sales department that RMA’s are managed on a timely matter.

· Back-up during holidays for Logistics Coordinator EMEA APAC.

Required Education/Experience:

You have at least an MBO degree in related area and you can demonstrate working experience in similar positions. International experience in bilingual Automotive, OEM or equivalent is a plus.

Skills and Attributes:

· Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.

· Knowledge of relevant applications ERP SAP.

· Knowledge of shipper applications and web-based track & tracing is a must.

· Organized, superior attention to detail and accuracy. Proficient administrative skills and multitasker.

· Strong communication skills. Verbal and written English is a must.

· Data collection and processing.

· Stress tolerance.

· A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

· Knowledge of shipper apps and web-based track & tracing is an absolute must

· Organized, superior attention to detail and accuracy

· Proficient administrative skills and multitasker

· Communication skills, verbal and written in both Dutch and English is a plus

· Ability to collect and analyse data collection and processing

This position is based at the office 5 days a week.
