About the Internship
Are you a passionate and proactive third-year HR student looking to gain practical experience in a dynamic, international environment? Do you speak English, Dutch, and perhaps French or German? This is a hands-on internship, giving you the opportunity to actively participate in day-to-day HR activities.
What You Will Do
As part of the HR EMEA APAC team, you will:
Support HR operations and compensation processes.
Assist with preparing employment contracts, internship agreements, onboarding and offboarding documentation, uploading new templates, updating the Employee Handbook with new policies, supporting recruitment and candidate management, handling HR support tickets, and preparing onboarding equipment and welcome packages.
Help maintain and improve internal communications, for example by supporting health and safety (prevention) initiatives or assisting with organizing and communicating company events.
Contribute to ongoing projects related to employee benefits, HR data analysis, HR compliance, HR systems implementation, and system testing.
Collaborate with colleagues in HR, Finance, and Legal across our European network.
Job requirements
What We Are Looking For
You are currently enrolled in an HR program or a related field of study, preferably in your third year.
You are fluent in Dutch and have a good command of English.
You are accurate, well-organized, eager to learn, and enjoy thinking creatively.
You enjoy working as part of a team, take initiative, are proactive, and persevere when faced with challenges.
You have a good sense of humor and are able to keep things in perspective.
