The Customer Experience team at Zero Motorcycles EMEA in Noord-Scharwoude (NL) is looking for a proactive and organized professional with international experience and proficiency in French and English. The ideal candidate is someone eager to deliver exceptional service to our customers and dealer network, ensuring smooth operations and a premium experience for our riders.
The Customer Service Representative – French Market is a key role where you will manage customer and dealer inquiries, process orders, and coordinate with internal teams to guarantee timely and accurate deliveries. You will be the first point of contact for our French-speaking customers and partners, representing the Zero Motorcycles brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
What to expect in a normal workday:
Following the directives of the Customer Experience Manager, you will collaborate with your team members and interact closely with Sales, Logistics, Finance, and Technical Support to ensure inquiries and orders are handled efficiently.
On a weekly basis, you will provide input for reports and suggestions that help improve processes and customer satisfaction. You will also respond to emails and calls from our partners, maintain accurate records in our systems, and contribute to projects that elevate our brand.
You have an eye for detail, always think ahead, and can propose changes that improve efficiency and customer experience. You enjoy building long-term relationships with partners and thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.
The Customer Service Representative – French Market is a full-time position, based in Noord-Scharwoude, The Netherlands. You will report directly to the Customer Experience Manager EMEA.
Job requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer and dealer inquiries via phone, email, and ticketing systems in French and English.
Process and monitor orders, returns, and warranty claims in our ERP system (SAP).
Coordinate with country managers and key accounts on order status and inquiries.
Ensure customer and dealer satisfaction through proactive communication.
Maintain accurate customer records and data in CRM systems.
Participate in ongoing product and procedure training.
Provide input for process improvements and efficiency initiatives.
Required Education/Experience:
At least an MBO+ degree or equivalent experience in customer service or related fields.
1–3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in automotive, OEM, or technical environments.
Skills and Attributes:
Fluent in French and English (Dutch is a plus).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work accurately under pressure.
Commercial mindset and customer-oriented approach.
Hands-on, proactive, and solution-driven attitude.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel at advanced level is an advantage).
Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is mandatory.
