We have a new opening in our Dutch office in Noord‑Scharwoude for an Accounts Receivable Specialist. Are you passionate about efficiency, accuracy, and relationship‑driven collections — and would you love a role where you directly impact dealer performance and our company’s financial health? Do you bring 3–5 years of proven experience in accounts receivable, credit control, or business‑to‑business collections?
This might be the right step for you!
The Financial team at Zero Motorcycles EMEA is looking for a proactive and organized professional with high energy, confidence, and outstanding communication skills. In this role, you take full ownership of your portfolio of international dealers, manage overdue balances, enforce payment terms without hesitation, and ensure that internal and external stakeholders follow the correct financial procedures.
You will be a key driver in reducing our overdue balances by 75%, standardizing AR processes, and implementing strong follow‑up discipline with our dealer network.
You will work closely with sales, warranty, logistics, and country managers, while reporting directly to the GL/EMEA Finance Director.
Key Responsibilities
Manage an international portfolio of 150–200 dealers and ensure timely payments by executing consistent B2B collections and follow‑up procedures.
Reduce overdue balances significantly by enforcing payment terms, placing/releasing credit holds, and escalating to sales, country managers, or legal when needed.
Send payment reminders and statements using SAP S/4HANA and Power BI reports.
Execute timely direct debits and further expand it to the rest of the dealer network.
Monitor all outstanding items.
Resolve billing issues, disputes, damaged returns, and warranty/RMA‑related questions.
Process invoices daily.
Educate dealers on Zero’s financial procedures, including payment terms, return processes, and upcoming mandatory direct debit implementation.
Identify financial risk signals from dealers and escalate when necessary.
Contribute to continuous process improvements and AR workflow enhancements
